What you will do in your working day
Daily duties will include:
- Learning how to fit pop top roofs
- Learning how to fit flooring
- Insulation
- Fitting additional windows
- Creating hand built units
As part of this role you will be learning how to convert a VW Transporter into one of our award winning campervans at our premises located in Portreath.
The training you will be getting
You will be working towards a Level 2 Lean Manufacture Apprenticeship standard, earning a Level 2 Diploma in Manufacturing.
You will receive on and off the job training and support from an assessor and an apprenticeship advisor.
You will be required to attend Falmouth Marine School on a weekly basis as part of the apprenticeship training.
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity to join the team on a permanent basis.
