This apprenticeship will include learning the full process of Unette’s production lines, understanding the machinery and how it works, maintaining, cleaning, building, and fixing the machines. Also learning other processes for working at a busy manufacturing plant.

What you will do in your working day
Main duties (but not limited to):
The focus of learning within this apprenticeship role will be setting production machinery and the role will include general maintenance of production machinery.
- Setting of machines to customer specification
- Fixing problems during production
- General maintenance of machines, during and after production
- Cleaning and maintenance of filling equipment
- Sample filling if required
The training you will be getting
The successful candidate will complete a Level 3 Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technician apprenticeship.
If you do not already hold GCSEs at grade A-C/8-4 in English and maths you will complete Functional Skills in the related subjects to attain Level 2 Functional Skills.
