The Ring O' Bells, Churchtown, are pleased to be offering an opportunity for a hardworking, enthusiastic individual to join their small, friendly team as a Commis Chef Apprentice. This is a great opportunity to gain an insight into the industry and develop new skills preparing and serving food.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
You will be working towards a Level 2 Commis Chef apprenticeship standard including Functional Skills (if required).
You will receive on and off the job training and support from an assessor and an apprenticeship advisor.
You will be required to attend Cornwall College St Austell on a weekly basis as part of the apprenticeship training.

About this company
The Ring O' Bells is a traditional 17th century Cornish inn in a small village setting between Padstow and Wadebridge serving traditional pub grub. We have independent control over our own menus and are not part of a big chain. We are a small and friendly team in a small village community serving both the locals and visitors of St Issey and the surrounding areas.
