To assist the chef in all areas of the kitchen whilst studying for your apprenticeship. Rotating around all sections gaining experience in fish prep, meat prep, bread making. As a commis chef, you will be working to the highest of standards of food preparation and cooking, all our food is made from scratch.

What you will do in your working day

The training you will be getting
- The candidate will follow a Level 2 Apprenticeship programme and study towards a full Level 2 Standard in Commis Chef
- This training will be structured and delivered by Cheshire College – South & West. If the candidate does not hold GCSE grades A*-C (9-4) or equivalent, they will be required to complete a Level 1 Functional Skills in the relevant subject
