What will the apprentice be doing?

Duties initially will include:

  • Processing orders/enquiries
  • Stock control including goods inwards / dispatching customer orders
  • Answering telephone
  • Liasing with customers.
  • Purchase order processing
  • Filing / maintenance of computer records
  • Database maintenance

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The successful candidate will achieve a Business Administration Level 3 qualificaction.

The apprentice will be based at our Horwich site BL6 7JB and also attend Bolton College 1 day per week

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

  • The apprentice will work towards a Business Administration Level 3 qualification.
  • Dependent on the candidate's skill set, they may start at a higher level apprenticeship, or be supported to progress to degree level apprenticeships.
