What will the apprentice be doing?
- To work closely with Programme Leads and Project Officers in order to complement the high-quality delivery that we currently offer.
- To work on our PL Kicks project and help support disadvantaged young people across Bolton through youth, football and multi-sport sessions.
- To support young people who are at risk of offending and reoffending by assisting in the delivery of positive activities and mentoring.
- To work in schools/colleges delivering our PL Primary Stars and PL Inspires projects.
- To support young people into education, employment and training as part of our Employability programme.
- To work across programmes and projects to help ensure young people across Bolton are able to share their thoughts and opinions with both internal and external decision makers.
- To maintain effective records of work undertaken with beneficiaries for the purpose of monitoring and evaluation. These may include registers, case studies and any other records.
- Be sensitive and supportive to the needs of participants, and signpost additional support where appropriate.
- Adhere to safeguarding procedures.
- To be an ambassador of BWitC by supporting us in creating a connected Bolton without disadvantage
- Offering excellent customer service at all times and upholding the professional image of BWFC and BWitC.
- To represent BWitC at relevant activities/events
- To perform other duties as required, which are considered relevant to the objectives of BWitC
