Childcare Apprentice APPLE BLOSSOM CHILDCARE(ABC) LIMITED
We are looking for an apprentice to join our small and friendly pre-school. We are based in the town of Buntingford and opened September 2020. You will supervise children, support staff in planning and assessing for the children, plus much more.

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

What you will do in your working day
- To use their own initiative
- Supervise children
- Support staff in planning and assessing for the children
- Setting up each day, tidying and cleaning
- Learning on the job, helping to carry out observations on children and to learn their next steps for development
- There will be some promotion work and breakfast club opportunities
The training you will be getting
Working towards completing level 2 Early Years Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard. Work based learning with adhoc workshops at Hertford Regional College.
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
There will be opportunities for progression and a permanent position subject to performance.
