What will the apprentice be doing?

Duties will include:

· Assisting the receptionist with their daily duties and dealing with guest’s requests.

· Checking guests in and out of the hotel

· Taking payments and balancing daily takings

· Answering the telephone

· Checking emails and responding appropriately

· Dealing with guest’s requests

· Taking bookings and dealing with enquiries

· Liaising with other departments within the hotel

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard.

Apprenticeship Training Provided by Tutor at Swatpro, every 4 weeks.

In house training for the job role provided by employer.
