Food and Drink Process Operator Apprentice CLARENCE & BEAN LTD
The apprenticeship will consist of assisting in the production of many delicious flavours of fudge and will involve all aspects of the process from weighing out and mixing ingredients, to pouring and cutting. The role will also include chocolate manufacturing and assisting in the development of new products.

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

Level 2 Apprenticeship Food and Drink Process Operator:
- L2 Food and Drink Processing Operator - Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
- Functional Skills Level 1 and/or 2 in English and maths as required (exemptions apply)
Training is entirely workplace based, with a trainer/assessor visiting every 6-8 weeks.
