Property and Housing Management Assistant Apprentice JAMES KRISTIAN ESTATES LTD

This will be an office based role, focusing on lettings. You will learn how to create property adverts, referencing tenants and creating AST’s. After the move in, you will follow the management side of lettings learning the correct regulations and certificates to let out properties.

What will the apprentice be doing?

Tasks involved:

  • Answering phones
  • Booking appointments
  • Negotiating sales
  • Accompanying viewings

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

If successful you will complete the Level 2 Housing / Property Management Assistant apprenticeship. This will be delivered in conjunction with your employer by Sysco Business Skills academy giving you all the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to be successful in your role.

In addition to workplace development, your apprenticeship will cover:

  • Functional skills in maths and English at level 2 (if required)
  • Employee Rights and Responsibilities (ERR)
  • Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS)

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Grow and learn with the company, this role can lead into the sales side. This means learning how to value property and negotiate sales. If lettings focused, we can role into a full property management role, learning inventories/working closely with tenants dealing with any maintenance.
