What will the apprentice be doing?

  • To take and process sales orders, through telephone and e-commerce enquires.
  • Booking in parts received from suppliers.
  • Submit warranty claims for faulty parts on suppliers as required.
  • Any other duties as befitting to your role within the business.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Business Administration Apprenticeship level 3. 

You will attend college on a regular basis (approximately every 6 weeks) spending time with your tutor and other apprentices, there will also be occasional trips to enhance your learning. 

You will also be visited regularly in your workplace by your college assessor mentor who will discuss your progress and guide you through your apprenticeship. 

There may be an opportunity to study towards Maths & English qualifications if you have not already achieved the desired grades, this is dependent on the individual candidate. 

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

It is anticipated that the apprentice will be offered a permanent role in one of our departments upon successful completion.
