What will the apprentice be doing?

The ideal candidate will need to be motivated, enthusiastic and able to provide support to the existing team.

They will be required to assist in varying aspects of the business and will need to be organised enough to handle a wide range of varied tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Some of the duties listed below:

Answering incoming calls
Managing the sales diary
Confirming of bookings
Customer relations calls
Sending yearly servicing emails
Receiving and responding to emails
Updating order tracking spreadsheet
Use of quickbooks
Support and training will be provided throughout the apprenticeship to help you build confidence and new skills.
