What will the apprentice be doing?

·       Work with payroll assistants to input and check all payroll information received from client in accordance with individual client procedures and Service Level Agreement.

·       Support finance department with weekly RTI payroll submission to the UK and overseas reconciling income and tax accounts.

·       Support accountants with generation of accounts for the likes of sole traders and those with property portfolios.

Work with tax seniors to prepare self-assessment submissions for the likes of foreign workers, sole traders and high net worth individuals.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Level 3 Assistant accountant apprenticeship standard.

Remote delivery, 18 month duration with 15 months of the learning period and 3 months end point assessment with an external provider.

Level 2 maths and English functional skills if required
