What will the apprentice be doing?

An exciting opportunity has arisen at this venue for an apprentice chef to join our team. Working alongside the team and head chef you will be responsible for supporting the kitchen operation and all that goes along with this. The main role and responsibilities include;

Assist the head chef with day-to-day running of the kitchen.
Assist with food preparation.
Follow instructions and prep lists provided by HC / GM.
Work to H&B recipe manual with direction from HC.
Be proactive in all sections and tasks that are set.

There are a number of exciting online modules supported by us, in order to build your knowledge and confidence in this role and we will support you all the way. You will also be trained in all areas of health and safety, food safety, allergens and develop confidence in legislation and documentation that goes along with working within this role.
