What will the apprentice be doing?

GENERAL LETTINGS - Office admin - Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries - Managing email inquiries and the branch inbox - Filing using electronic and paper filing systems - Assisting with move ins. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT - Booking in inventories and check out appointments - Arranging inspections

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The successful candidate will study a Level 2 qualification in Customer Service Standard. This will be aided by an Assessor who will carry out all assessments as work based learning, within the workplace.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Possible full time employment for the right candidate.
