You will be working for the oldest precious metal refiners & dealers in the UK with over 260 years in the Jewellery Quarter and be coached/trained by an experienced PA/Office Manager. Reception and Secretarial duties.

What will the apprentice be doing?
Some of the duties will include
- Welcoming and signing in visitors where necessary/provide refreshments
- Sorting incoming post
- Signing and managing incoming parcels
- Dealing with courier collections where necessary
- Organising meetings using outlook & Microsoft teams
- Prepare boardroom for meetings
- Scanning paperwork
- Drafting emails
- Arranging accommodation and transport as and when requested
- Monitoring on site car park spaces
- Telephone call screening
- Assisting PA to Directors with administration
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Level 3 Business Administration Standard Qualification
Full training will be provided on an ongoing daily basis and when required. An assessor will be allocated to you to progress/help you through you course. No college attendance is required, your course will be delivered in your workplace.
At the end of your training you will sit an exam and submit course work as part of your assessment.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Opportunity of a permanent position upon completion of apprenticeship.
