What will the apprentice be doing?

Using our in-house database to contact prospective clients through emailing and telephone use. Submitting quotations and understanding client requirements. Organising email campaign’s to be distributed on a weekly basis and keeping track of their analytics.

Assisting HR with new employees and starters. Filing documentation and screening and vetting.

Assisting in tenders and submitting pqq’s for our supply chain.

Helping payroll, Answering the phone and admin tasks.

Scanning and organising new employee application forms, ensuring all areas have been submitted and contact references.

Writing job descriptions and identifying relevant candidates for the advertised role.

Taking the weekly minute of meeting for our office team meeting.

Ensure all policies and documentations are up to date and raise any concern.

Assisting with rota planning and site folder documentation.

Ad hoc assistance.
