What will the apprentice be doing?

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Working towards completing Level 2 Early Years Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard. The Apprentice will achieve NCFE CACHE Level 2 Diploma for the Early Years Practitioner on completion. Work based learning with adhoc workshops at Hertford Regional college

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Opportunity to complete Level 3 Early Years Educator on completion of the apprenticeship.

Things to consider

You will need to be local, or drive or have someone that can drive you to work. Public transport is not an option. We do have early starts and late finishes but apprentice would not be doing long hours. No weekends.
