What will the apprentice be doing?

As a Hospitality Team Member, you will join our Front of House team who are our front line for our guests. The hospitality skills and knowledge learnt on this Apprenticeship will include all aspects of the restaurant menu, food preparation, service, including bar and barista service, housekeeping, reception, reservations, and guest care. Our restaurant has been built on our reputation for our wonderful menu and Front of House team.

Daily duties will include:

  • Preparation for service
  • Bar set up
  • Kitchen assistance
  • Answering telephone / booking system
  • Maintaining clear and clean areas in the restaurant
  • Toilet checks

  • Level 2 Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship Standard Qualification
  • Regular Assessor visits
  • Functional skills if you have not previously achieved a grade 4 or equivalent in maths and English
  • 20% off the job training
