What will the apprentice be doing?
By joining our team, we will help you become an all-round hospitality professional. Learning from our highly experienced team and gaining an industry recognised qualification, you'll provide a hospitality service to an extraordinary level, both front-of-house and behind-the-scenes.
You'll take care of guests from welcome to goodbye. And you'll learn how to deliver functions of all scales, from lunches to banquets.
But it's the extensive back-of-house preparation that ensures success. The basics need to be right. And so you'll learn all the specialist professional skills needed to make sure presentation and delivery is always perfect.
The learning curve will be steep, but we'll be with you every step of the way.
The Apprentice House Butler, in accordance with the agreed shift pattern, will assist in delivering high-quality events for the company and clients through event setup, serving food and drinks. On a rotational basis train how to administer the wine cellar, plate safe, 4th-floor meeting rooms, and staff café. The Apprentice House Butler will also contribute to the smooth running, general upkeep, maintenance, and cleaning of the Hall and 6 Fredericks Place.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Qualification: Level 2 Diploma
The Apprentice will be completing their training on site at the Company premises, based in the City of London.
One day per week will be given to the Apprentice for training.
