What will the apprentice be doing?

Working in a recruitment office setting, the role will include recruitment compliance, data entry/analysis, some basic business development (sales) contacts, client and customer care, and other admin/recruitment work.

You will be working at an entry-level role, and whilst completing your apprenticeships training, you will be coached by the experienced Tezlom team who will provide you with the day-to-day training you need to be successful in your role and apprenticeship.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The apprenticeship training will predominantly take place remotely, and will occur for 1-2 hours per month for the duration of your apprenticeship programme. Other training will be delivered by Tezlom internally.

You will complete the Business Administrator Level 3 standard, which will qualify you to work in any similar role after your apprenticeship, and could lead to further recruitment-specific opportunities with Tezlom themselves.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

You could move into supervision or leadership roles, maybe as a team leader for an office setting. Or hone your skills in recruitment and work as a recruitment officer or similar. A great starting place for any service-industry career.
