What will the apprentice be doing?

Successful applicants will form part of our coaching team in the delivery safe and effective After School Care & Clubs. They will work closely with both Operations Manager & Head to coach to understand the business and how to plan, lead and deliver activity sessions.

Along with our term time commitments our apprentices will be coaching at our Holiday Camps across SW London. 

Lots of onsite training and occasional meet ups

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will complete the Level 2 Community Activator Coach Apprenticeship.

We will be asking coaches to travel to all our sites so must be comfortable with travelling to and from SW/SE London.

We will rotate shifts to accommodate learning time.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

On successful completion of the apprenticeship there will be the opportunity to join our team on a part or full time basis. There will be continued training with no limit on how far they can progress within the company.
