About this opportunity

As a vital part of the business, the candidate will play an integral role within the company and its growth. The majority of the role is computer-based using our house system with an e-commerce customer service software alongside.

Daily tasks will include
• Answering customer queries within the agreed SLA
• To source compatible parts using websites and resources available, following procedure to maintain our current level of service on various online platforms
• Processing queries, tracking and maintaining stock feeds for a number of National accounts
• Working closely with product / buyer

The course covers several different areas, which will build your knowledge, skills and behaviours in:

• Business knowledge and understanding
• Customer journey knowledge
• Customer service culture and environment awareness
• Providing a positive customer experience
• Working with your customers/customer insights
• Ownership/responsibility

• Equality

The course is completed through End Point Assessment which is covered through the following components: - observation, project report, and portfolio interview. This is carried out by an independent assessor from the awarding body.
