About this employer

Founded over 40 years ago by George Phillips, the company started life as a humble family business providing gas and heating support to customers across Northumberland.

However, under the guidance of managing director, Gary Phillips – son of George - our company has grown rapidly, expanding into new markets and securing customers across the North East.

Over the last few years, the growing demand for solar energy in particular has led to us expanding our offering to include solar support, opening an entirely new revenue stream for the business and helping to increase its customer base.

This has led to the company expanding its vehicle fleet and recruiting its third generation members of the Phillips family – Gary’s sons, Jack and Joe who join wife Nicola in the business.
