Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work
As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will become an important part of our Customer Support team, helping to deliver exceptional service to our customers and business partners.
You will learn how to handle customer enquiries, provide administrative support, maintain customer records and assist with resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
This role offers hands-on experience in a supportive environment where you will develop practical skills, industry knowledge and confidence in dealing with customers.
- Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email and online systems.
- Provide first-line support and advice to customers.
- Log and update customer information accurately on company systems.
- Assist in managing service requests and customer cases.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer queries.
- Process documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Learn and follow company procedures and service standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

Training schedule
Our programmes use a blended learning model that’s powered by our apprenticeship delivery platform. You can expect:

Requirements
Desirable qualifications
GCSE in:
- English (grade 4/C or above, or equivalent)
- Maths (grade 4/C or above, or equivalent)
Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.
