What we're looking for
• A daily user of TikTok and Instagram who understands current formats, pacing, typography, and algorithms. You're on the platform daily, you understand the algorithm, you know what's trending before it trends
• Proven track record filming platform-native short-form content alongside strong technical editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut).
• Proven track record creating content that performs — health, beauty, wellness or lifestyle preferred
• Strong instinct for what's true vs what's hype in the wellness space
• Comfortable working within compliance guidelines — prescription brands have specific rules and we need someone who takes that seriously without it killing their creativity
• Self-directed and fast-moving — you can identify an opportunity and execute it
• Must be UK-based to keep content native to our target audience.
Desirable but not essential
• Background in health, beauty or wellness content specifically
• Experience with brands that have compliance or regulatory constraints
• Can shoot and edit — basic editing in CapCut, InShot or similar
• Has grown an account from scratch
