Summary

A junior People role supporting HR operations across MOBKOI's global teams. The HR Coordinator will work closely with the Global Sr HR Generalist to coordinate recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, employee relations queries, and HR reporting across multiple international markets.

What you'll do at work

Role overview

We're looking for a proactive and organised HR Coordinator to join our HR team and support the full employee lifecycle across our global business. You'll work closely with our Senior HR Generalist and CFO, acting as a key point of contact for employees day-to-day, and ensuring our people processes run smoothly and compliantly. This is a hands-on generalist role in a lean team, offering broad exposure across onboarding, contracts, benefits, compliance and L&D coordination. Weʼre looking for someone who is eager to get stuck in, proactive, and keen to learn. Whether you already have some HR experience or are looking for your first step into a generalist role, weʼre looking for someone with the ambition, curiosity and drive to grow, take ownership and develop their career with us.

Responsibilities HR

 Operations & Admin

  • Act as first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries from employees and managers
  • Draft employment documents including contracts, contract amendments, and reference letters
  • Support payroll preparation by ensuring employee changes are captured accurately and on time
  • Maintain and update HR policies, templates, and the employee handbook

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new starters globally, including offer letters, right-to-work checks, equipment ordering, system setup, and first-day preparation
  • Manage offboarding processes - leaver admin, system removals, exit coordination
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HiBob (our HRIS throughout the employee lifecycle

Recruitment Support

  • Assist with drafting job descriptions and posting roles
  • Support the offer process including preparing offer documentation

Benefits & Wellbeing

  • Administer employee benefits across markets
  • Support the planning and delivery of company wellbeing and engagement initiatives

 Learning & Development

  • Coordinate training programmes, compliance courses, and L&D scheduling with internal stakeholders and external providers
  • Track completion and maintain records

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure HR processes remain compliant with UK employment law and local market requirements
  • Support with HR reporting and data requests for leadership

What you'll learn

Course contents
  • Service Delivery: Delivers excellent customer service on a range of HR queries and requirements, providing solutions, advice and support primarily to managers. Builds managers’ expertise in HR matters, improving their ability to handle repeated situations themselves where appropriate. Uses agreed systems and processes to deliver service to customers. Takes the initiative to meet agreed individual and team KPIs in line with company policy, values, standards. Plans and organises their work, often without direct supervision, to meet commitments and KPIs.
  • Problem Solving: Uses sound questioning and active listening skills to understand requirements and establish root causes before developing HR solutions. Takes ownership through to resolution, escalating complex situations as appropriate.
  • Communication & Interpersonal: Deals effectively with customers/colleagues, using sound interpersonal skills and communicating well through a range of media eg phone, face to face, email, internet. Adapts their style to their audience. Builds trust and sound relationships with customers. Handles conflict and sensitive HR situations professionally and confidentially.
  • Teamwork: Consistently supports colleagues /collaborates within the team and HR to achieve results. Builds/maintains strong working relationships with others in the team and across HR where necessary.
  • Process Improvement: Identifies opportunities to improve HR performance and service; acts on them within the authority of their role. Supports implementation of HR changes/projects with the business.
  • Managing HR Information: Maintains required HR records as part of services delivered. Prepares reports and management information from HR data, with interpretation as required.
  • Personal Development: Keeps up to date with business changes and HR legal/policy/process changes relevant to their role. Seeks feedback and acts on it to improve their performance and overall capability.

Training schedule

BPP apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry-experienced training team. Using their expert knowledge, we’ve purposefully built our programmes around the real-world use of modern technology, so that the skills we create can be directly applied in the workplace.

Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience.

Essential qualifications

GCSE in:

English and Maths (grade 4/C or above)
