Work

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What you'll do at work

  • Filming short-form video content on smartphones for TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook
  • Editing footage, adding transitions, sound and text overlays to create platform-native content
  • Brainstorming content ideas with the Brand Managers and wider Marketing team
  • Researching trending sounds, formats and creators on TikTok and Instagram
  • Updating and maintaining social content calendars around campaigns and product launches
  • Writing social copy and captions for posts
  • Taking product and lifestyle photography for social channels
  • Appearing on camera and helping direct colleagues or creators during content shoots
  • Monitoring comments and audience conversations for content inspiration
  • Sourcing, briefing and editing content from UGC creators
  • Publishing content across social platforms and tracking how it performs
