- Support the planning, delivery and evaluation of client campaigns
- Research markets, competitors and keywords to inform marketing activity
- Create and edit content for websites, blogs, email, social media, sales materials and events
- Help deliver email and PPC campaigns, schedule posts and update websites
- Monitor analytics, compile reports, source images, support newsletters and assist with ad hoc projects

- Develop or interpret briefs for external or internal stakeholders and measure delivery in-line with the specification and agreed timelines
- Plan and coordinate a marketing activity using marketing tactics to acquire and retain one or more customer segments using available resources.
- Contribute to the generation of innovative and creative approaches across video, images, and other formats, both online and offline, to support campaign development.
- Use research/survey software to gather audience insight and/or evaluation to support the project.
- Use copywriting techniques to write persuasive text/copy to meet a communications objective ensuring it is in-line with organisational brand guidelines.
- Build and implement multi-channel campaigns across a variety of platforms, either offline or digital media.
- Proofread marketing copy ensuring it is accurate, persuasive and is on brand.
- Use software to design and create marketing assets to meet the technical specification.
- Contribute to the research of external suppliers to support recommendations and procurement of marketing goods and services.
- Organise offline and digital assets ensuring they are co-ordinated and legally compliant.
- Use a content management system to publish text, images, and video/animated content.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets to support marketing activities such as project/budget planning and organisation of marketing assets.
- Use technology and software packages to support day to day activities, e.g., stakeholder communications, development of briefs, data analysis, report writing, presentations and project management.
- Identify and use data and technologies to achieve marketing objectives.
- Monitor and amend campaigns to meet budget requirements including time and monetary costs.
- Review campaigns regularly to ensure effectiveness, to optimise the results.

Training schedule
Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard.
The successful candidate will undertake a 20-month, nationally recognised qualification through TDM. This is a work-based learning programme involving online block training, weekly off-the-job learning and monthly coaching sessions.
The apprentice will develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required for a successful marketing career through live workshops, one-to-one coaching, online learning resources and practical workplace application. Topics will include digital marketing strategy, social media, content creation, email marketing, SEO, data and analytics, and campaign planning.
The apprentice will have a designated workplace mentor and will be assessed by an external assessment body at the end of the programme. This is a Level 3 qualification.

Other requirements
- This is primarily an office-based role, and the apprentice is expected to work from the employer’s office for at least four days each week
- Optional home working is available on Fridays
- Applicants should ensure they can travel reliably to the workplace in Reigate
- Applicants must already have evidence of the right to work in the UK
- The role is subject to a three-month probationary period

On successful completion of the apprenticeship, for there right person there a permanent Marketing Executive role. Consideration will be given to progression to a level 6 digital marketing degree apprenticeship, subject to the role, the person and employer requirements.
