The training will be delivered mainly hands on, at the Maldon facility. Each stage of the warehouse process will be guided by a senior member of the team. There will be an element of the standard company on line learning courses to complete and also subject specific training given. Subjects will include how the WEEE recycling and circular economies are managed and how they contribute to the overall targets of carbon neutrality and reducing global warming. Our sustainability specialist will show how the operations our company provide to our customers contributes directly to the legal targets set out by government. This training will be delivered in a Teams environment but also there is the expectation that should apprentices agree some time will be spent in our Manchester facility to learn the overall company operations.
