After this apprenticeship

Your earnings can increase over time with an apprenticeship. Find out about potential future pay (opens in new tab).

Reasonable future prospects for someone starting as a Data Analyst Apprentice at Kada Research could include:

  • A permanent analyst role - on successful completion of the apprenticeship, moving into a substantive data/research analyst position within the team, subject to performance and business need
  • Future progression to Senior Analyst/Consultant - taking on greater ownership of client projects, leading analysis on economic impact assessments and evaluations rather than just supporting them
  • Specialism development - building deeper expertise in a particular area such as economic modelling, cost-benefit analysis, social value measurement, or a specific tool (Power BI, GIS), becoming the team's lead on that topic
  • Client-facing opportunities - moving from desk research into presenting findings directly to clients and contributing to bid writing and business development
  • Management - longer-term progression toward Associate/Project Director roles, managing project teams and client relationships
  • Outside Kada this opportunity will open analyst roles at other consultancies, local authorities, or bodies like the ONS or Government Economic Service
