This is an opportunity to learn all the skills involved in producing high quality food from scratch in a 2 AA Rosette Restaurant Kitchen. No professional cooking experience required but an interest in food and cooking is essential.

Training schedule
This is a work based apprenticeship with the training provider visiting you here at the Beechwood Hotel every 6 weeks to check on your progress. Your learning will involve a mixture of online lessons and in person workshops.
