Work

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What you'll do at work

In this role you'll be working as part of our Learning & Organisational Development team, supporting the delivery, administration and continuous improvement of learning programmes across Change Grow Live.

You'll support:

  • Apprenticeship programmes, which are delivered through external training providers, by helping coordinate learner journeys, provider relationships, records and reporting.
  • Accredited and regulated learning programmes, which are delivered internally to staff and volunteers, by supporting administration, learner engagement and quality processes.

You'll:

  • Maintain accurate learner records across relevant systems and databases.
  • Support the development of reports and dashboards to help the team understand learner participation, progress, completion and outcomes.
  • Collect, analyse and present learning data to identify trends and support decision-making.
  • Support data quality checks and help ensure information is accurate, timely and meaningful.
  • Provide administrative support for learner onboarding, registration, certification and completion processes.
  • Coordinate communications between learners, managers, training providers and awarding bodies.
  • Support audits, quality reviews and compliance activities.
Help gather learner feedback and evaluation information to understand the impact of learning.
  • Contribute ideas for improving processes, systems and reporting approaches.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across Learning & Organisational Development and wider teams.

As part of the role, you'll complete a Level 3 Data Technician Apprenticeship, developing skills in collecting, analysing and presenting data, while applying your learning directly to real organisational challenges.

Where you'll work

This role offers the flexibility to work predominantly from home, while providing opportunities to connect with colleagues through occasional office-based working days, team activities and learning events. We value the importance of staying connected as a national team and, where travel to a CGL office outside of your base location is required, we will support with reasonable travel expenses.

Training

Apprenticeships include time away from working for specialist training. You’ll study to gain professional knowledge and skills.
