Summary

A Level 2 Commis Chef Apprentice is required to work alongside chefs and the kitchen manager. Duties include: menu planning, costing, kitchen layout, fridge and freezer daily managment, data logging, lunchtime menu service and evening bar menu service. All services are done under the supervision of the kitchen manager or bar manager.

Wage

£12,480 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age

Essential qualifications

GCSE in:

Maths and English (grade 2,3,4 or above)

Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.
