  • Complete job reports online, upload photos of the work carried out, and provide a brief summary detailing all equipment used.
  • Use manuals if necessary for new equipment
  • Work as part of a team and independently

Testimonial from Pete (Joined  Allsebrook Pumps as an apprentice in 2018)

I genuinely enjoy working for this company—the pay is not only very fair but is paired with great flexibility and meaningful personal rewards that make a real difference.

Even though we’re a small team where everyone is expected to step up and get the job done, it creates a strong sense of pride, especially because our efforts are truly recognised and celebrated by the customers we have and the team we work with.

The support within the team is fantastic; everyone brings something unique to the table, and there’s a real sense of collaboration and encouragement.

There are also excellent opportunities for career growth, making it easy to stay motivated and keep developing professionally. It’s not a rigid or restrictive environment—we focus on delivering results to the customer, and that shared mindset has helped us build and maintain a strong, well-respected reputation.
