What you'll do at work
Detailed role description:
- Support talent intelligence and market mapping projects across global consumer goods, healthcare, luxury and technology sectors
- Research organisations, leadership teams, industry trends and talent markets using a range of digital tools and platforms
- Use AI-powered research and productivity tools to gather, analyse and organise information
- Build and maintain talent databases, market intelligence reports and internal knowledge resources
- Analyse data to identify patterns, trends and insights that support client decision-making
- Assist in the production of dashboards, spreadsheets, reports and presentations for client assignments
- Support competitor intelligence and succession planning projects by collecting and validating market data
- Work with consultants and researchers to improve data quality, reporting processes and operational efficiency
- Learn how executive search, talent intelligence and business research support strategic hiring decisions
- Develop practical skills in data analysis, business intelligence, research methodologies and emerging technologies

- Use data systems securely to meet requirements and in line with organisational procedures and legislation including principles of Privacy by Design
- implement the stages of the data analysis lifecycle
- apply principles of data classification within data analysis activity
- analyse data sets taking account of different data structures and database designs
- assess the impact on user experience and domain context on data analysis activity
- identify and escalate quality risks in data analysis with suggested mitigation or resolutions as appropriate
- undertake customer requirements analysis and implement findings in data analytics planning and outputs
- identify data sources and the risks and challenges to combination within data analysis activity
- apply organizational architecture requirements to data analysis activities
- apply statistical methodologies to data analysis tasks
- apply predictive analytics in the collation and use of data
- collaborate and communicate with a range of internal and external stakeholders using appropriate styles and behaviours to suit the audience
- use a range of analytical techniques such as data mining, time series forecasting and modelling techniques to identify and predict trends and patterns in data
- collate and interpret qualitative and quantitative data and convert into infographics, reports, tables, dashboards and graphs

Training schedule
Data Analyst Level 4.
Your learning will take place at the South Central Institute of Technology, which offers benefits such as: Quality teaching and support. Project-based learning, co-delivered by employers. State-of-the-art facilities with plenty of tech equipment available.

Essential qualifications
GCSE in:

Desirable qualifications

BTEC in:

Other requirements
Hybrid working available following the successful completion of the initial training period. Salary range: £16,000 - £18,000.
You will need to be working towards, or have achieved, a Level 3 qualification in order to apply for this role.
