Work

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What you'll do at work

  • Participating in learning opportunities both internally and externally
  • Shadowing, helping and learning from other members of the Service and Rework Department team to carry out investigations of failed motors returned from the production lines including fault finding and root cause analysis as well of repairs warranty returns from the end customer
  • Participation in production problem solving and continuous improvement events
  • Assisting with prototyping projects for new product lines

GCSE in:

Maths and English (grade 4)
