Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work
Key Responsibilities:
- Content creation & campaign delivery
- Write clear, engaging copy for social posts, website pages and blog articles in line with brand tone of voice
- Design supporting visuals in Canva to enhance copy and bring campaigns to life
- Build and publish content across Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
- Support the planning, scheduling and delivery of marketing campaigns
- Assist with email marketing in Mailchimp, including content creation and campaign set-up
- Schedule and manage social content using Hootsuite and social platforms
- Support day-to-day social activity, including short-form video and reels
- Assist with landing pages and on-site updates to improve the customer journey
- Work with the team to ensure all campaigns are delivered accurately and on time
AI & Marketing Innovation:
- Use AI tools to support content creation, research and campaign development
- Assist in improving efficiency through smarter workflows and automation
- Support the team in testing new tools, formats and ways of working
- Help refine AI-generated outputs to ensure quality and brand consistency
Performance & Reporting:
- Monitor performance across social media, email and website channels
- Support weekly and monthly reporting on key metrics
- Identify trends and suggest improvements based on performance
- Assist in tracking engagement, traffic and campaign effectiveness
- Use AI to help support reporting and analysing data

What you'll learn
Course contents
- Develop or interpret briefs for external or internal stakeholders and measure delivery in-line with the specification and agreed timelines
- Plan and coordinate a marketing activity using marketing tactics to acquire and retain one or more customer segments using available resources.
- Contribute to the generation of innovative and creative approaches across video, images, and other formats, both online and offline, to support campaign development.
- Use research/survey software to gather audience insight and/or evaluation to support the project.
- Use copywriting techniques to write persuasive text/copy to meet a communications objective ensuring it is in-line with organisational brand guidelines.
- Build and implement multi-channel campaigns across a variety of platforms, either offline or digital media.
- Proofread marketing copy ensuring it is accurate, persuasive and is on brand.
- Use software to design and create marketing assets to meet the technical specification.
- Contribute to the research of external suppliers to support recommendations and procurement of marketing goods and services.
- Organise offline and digital assets ensuring they are co-ordinated and legally compliant.
- Use a content management system to publish text, images, and video/animated content.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets to support marketing activities such as project/budget planning and organisation of marketing assets.
- Use technology and software packages to support day to day activities, e.g., stakeholder communications, development of briefs, data analysis, report writing, presentations and project management.
- Identify and use data and technologies to achieve marketing objectives.
- Monitor and amend campaigns to meet budget requirements including time and monetary costs.
- Review campaigns regularly to ensure effectiveness, to optimise the results.

Training schedule
You will undertake the Multi-channel Marketing Level 3 Apprenticeship, which includes:
- Multi-channel Marketer Apprenticeship Standard Level 3
- Functional Skills in maths and English if required
- You will receive full training and support from the Just IT apprenticeship team to increase your skills
- Delivery method and location of delivery to be confirmed
- Your training will include gaining an internationally recognised Level 3 qualification

Essential qualifications
GCSE in:
- English (grade Grade C/4 +)
- Maths (grade Grade C/4 +)
