Summary

We’re excited to offer 5 Contact Centre Advisor Apprenticeships to join our vibrant Contact Centre in Pitsea on a full-time and permanent basis. As a Contact Centre Advisor Apprentice, you'll be learning all about the Contact Centre regarding things like repairs, property maintenance and dealing with household-related enquiries.

Work

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What you'll do at work

  • Dealing with routine enquiries from our Residents, predominantly regarding maintenance and repairs. Making it easy for residents to access the right services at the right time, ensuring a positive service outcome and timely resolution.
  • Handling routine enquiries from leaseholders, particularly around maintenance, and working closely with Neighbourhood Management and other colleagues to address issues efficiently and cost‑effectively.
  • Ensuring residents have access to the right services, correct service outcome and that resident queries/complaints are resolved, wherever possible, first time.

Training schedule

You will complete a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist apprenticeship alongside your role to achieve qualifications through a combination of work-based learning and day release study.

Requirements

Essential qualifications

GCSE in:

  • GCSE English (grade (Grade Grade C/4 or above))
  • GCSE Maths (grade (Grade Grade 4 or C))
