Our European Loss Prevention function protects our Associates, Assets and Brand by managing crime, reducing operational losses and keeping people safe. You'll be part of our Loss Prevention Systems Team, which oversees the support and administration of our IT Systems for Loss Prevention.

Monday - Friday (9am-5pm). As part of your apprenticeship, you'll be required to be in the office full-time for the initial 6 months. As your learning progresses, you'll typically be in the office at least 2-3 days per week.

What you'll do at work

Our new Loss Prevention Apprenticeship Programme – Systems (Level 3) sits within our LP Systems Team, which oversees the support and administration of our IT Systems for Loss Prevention across our European business.

Over the course of this 18-month Apprenticeship Programme, you’ll study towards the Level 3 IT Solutions Technician Apprenticeship Standard (equivalent to A-Level) with Learn Tech, a leading provider of Tech training and apprenticeships. Not only will you acquire knowledge of core IT systems and principles, but you’ll also build first-hand experience and knowledge of our business, standards, rules and regulations, and within the LP Systems space, including:

  • Learning how to use the TJX LP Systems - e.g. how to deliver Entry Level 1 type support for issues and basic data configuration elements
  • Supporting creation/maintenance of training and support materials such as user guides and knowledge articles for IT support teams
  • Developing knowledge on the Loss Prevention strategy and objectives and understanding of how our systems support these
  • Assist with collaborating across different teams to support assigned objectives and gather system requirements
