£15,600 a year

Your performance will be reviewed each quarter and if you’re excelling within the role, we will look to increase your responsibility and salary.

Work

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What you'll do at work

You will be required to:

  • Attend scheduled repairs with your mentor
  • Recording notes and imagery of the repairs carried out
  • Liaise with customers and our office staff to ensure that the repair is going to plan
  • Carry out practical aspects of appliance repairs alongside your mentor

You will also be spending time in the warehouse training and testing appliances to build up your experience alongside being out on the road.

  • This programme is delivered via a day release delivery model which means that one day per week, your attendance is required at our Engineering Campus
  • This attendance is required during term time only

You will work with expert assessors and tutors to develop new knowledge, skills and behaviours within the profession.

You will experience a blended learning model.

GCSE in:

  • English (grade 4)
  • Maths (grade 4)

The business is new entering an exciting new age and is in the process of furnishing a Nottingham based showroom which will display a range of Symphony kitchens and fitted bedrooms alongside white goods appliances.
