Summary

Warehousing Operative Apprentice working for a manufacturer of high-quality metal springs. You will support production by picking, assembling, and packing products, carrying out general warehouse duties, and working as part of a team to meet targets. Full training provided to operate machinery in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.

£13,312 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age

Work

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What you'll do at work

Duties will include:

  • Pick, pack, and assemble metal spring products accurately
  • Carry out general warehouse duties to support daily operations
  • Operate machinery (full training provided)
  • Work as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times
  • Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
  • Support stock control and movement of materials within the warehouse
