Work

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What you'll do at work

  • Lead and support team members during shifts to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Deliver excellent customer service and handle any complaints or issues professionally
  • Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring
  • Oversee service standards, health & safety, and ensure the workplace runs efficiently

Essential qualifications

GCSE in:

Maths and English (grade 4 or above)
