Summary

Working with existing maintenance staff, the apprentice will assist with daily maintenance of crushing and screening equipment, servicing of generators and smaller items of mobile plant, welding/fabrication on buckets on excavators & loading shovels and changing of parts in processing plant.

Training schedule

  • Attendance to Loughborough College is one day per week, term time only, where you will study set units that map directly into your apprenticeship
  • Diarised visits from a dedicated Trainer/Assessor

Requirements

Essential qualifications

GCSE in:

5 subjects including Maths, English and Science (grade C / 4 or equivalent)

Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.
