Summary

This apprenticeship will develop your skills in systems design and hardware engineering. You will rotate between disciplines, responsible for producing designs, design estimates, design programs and design work packages for bids, services and projects, as well as designing and implementing the engineering solutions to programme requirements.

Work

Training schedule

Through our degree apprenticeship, you will be getting to understand engineering from the ground up with the help of one of the biggest and best names in the industry. As an Engineering Apprentice, you will be studying towards a Rail and rail systems senior engineer (integrated degree) (level 6) at London South bank University. This will be delivered in a block release model. 

Requirements

Essential qualifications

GCSE in:

5x GCSEs including English, Maths (grade A-C or Grade 4 and above)

A Level in:

  • Maths (grade B)
  • Physical Sciences (grade B)

BTEC in:

Maths and Physical Sciences (grade DDM)

Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.
