What you'll do at work

  • Lead the planning, delivery, and optimisation of regular TikTok Live sessions to drive brand awareness, engagement, and commercial performance. Host interactive live streams, showcasing products and sharing brand stories in an engaging, authentic manner that strengthens audience connection and trust.
  • Create and maintain dynamic, high-energy live content designed to maximise viewer retention, interaction, and conversion. Highlight key product features, promotions, and exclusive offers during live sessions to support sales objectives and campaign targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing team to align live content with broader multi-channel marketing strategies, ensuring consistency across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, website, and email campaigns. Contribute to integrated content calendars and campaign planning in line with the principles of the Multi-Channel Marketer occupational standard, including audience segmentation, customer journey mapping, and brand positioning.
  • Review, analyse, and evaluate performance data across live sessions and supporting channels, using platform analytics and marketing dashboards to assess KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, watch time, click-through rate, and conversion. Produce clear performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations, cross-referencing live-stream results with wider campaign data to measure ROI and inform future strategy.
