Summary
We are looking for an Apprentice Construction Project Manager to join our team. The successful applicant will begin studies with a Construction Site Supervisor Level 4. This initial qualification is delivered on the job and classroom one day per week. On completion you will move onto study a Construction Site Management degree

Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for
- Office location but predominantly site based
- Managing construction projects including planning, supervision, communications with clients and subcontractors,
- Delivering construction project in time and staying on budget, collaborating with architects, engineers, electricians and other specialists

What you'll learn
Course contents
- Identify risk of activities and encourage all employees to demonstrate safety-conscious behaviours.
- Assess, identify and record the environmental impact of projects.
- Assist in the implementation of the most appropriate solutions for construction projects.
- Use effective management principles and be able to supervise construction workers.
- Understand overall plan for project and measure and record progress against plan.
- Assess and report on quality standards and assist in commissioning of finished construction projects.
- Understand financial and legal constraints and measure and record progress against budget.

Essential qualifications
Other in:
- Any (grade 104 Points)
- Maths & English (grade Level 2)
