What you'll do at work
Campaign Support
- Assist in setting up and optimising paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta
- Demonstrate an understanding of Google Shopping, including enriching and enhancing product feeds to improve performance
- Conduct keyword research and build clear campaign structures aligned with business goals
- Write compelling ad copy and extensions that reflect each client’s tone of voice
- Support A/B testing of ad creatives and other performance initiatives
- Carry out Business as Usual (BAU) tasks, monitoring performance against best practices
- Contribute to quarterly planning using insights from data and ongoing account observations
- Assist in monitoring account budgets, escalating significant changes to senior team members
Performance Analysis
- Track and report on key performance metrics aligned to client goals
- Help create accurate, client-facing reports with clear insights and recommendations
- Contribute to client calls and face-to-face meetings, demonstrating strong account knowledge
- Proactively identify issues, problem-solve, and escalate challenges where needed
- Support ad hoc reporting and deeper data analysis
Innovation and Learning
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices
- Take part in training sessions and team knowledge-sharing discussions
- Share testing results internally and help communicate learnings to clients
- Create and maintain process documentation to support training hubs and best-practice workflows

- Develop or interpret briefs for external or internal stakeholders and measure delivery in-line with the specification and agreed timelines
- Plan and coordinate a marketing activity using marketing tactics to acquire and retain one or more customer segments using available resources.
- Contribute to the generation of innovative and creative approaches across video, images, and other formats, both online and offline, to support campaign development.
- Use research/survey software to gather audience insight and/or evaluation to support the project.
- Use copywriting techniques to write persuasive text/copy to meet a communications objective ensuring it is in-line with organisational brand guidelines.
- Build and implement multi-channel campaigns across a variety of platforms, either offline or digital media.
- Proofread marketing copy ensuring it is accurate, persuasive and is on brand.
- Use software to design and create marketing assets to meet the technical specification.
- Contribute to the research of external suppliers to support recommendations and procurement of marketing goods and services.
- Organise offline and digital assets ensuring they are co-ordinated and legally compliant.
- Use a content management system to publish text, images, and video/animated content.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets to support marketing activities such as project/budget planning and organisation of marketing assets.
- Use technology and software packages to support day to day activities, e.g., stakeholder communications, development of briefs, data analysis, report writing, presentations and project management.
- Identify and use data and technologies to achieve marketing objectives.
- Monitor and amend campaigns to meet budget requirements including time and monetary costs.
- Review campaigns regularly to ensure effectiveness, to optimise the results.

Training schedule
Advanced Level Apprenticeship in Multi-Channel Marketing consisting of:
- Level 3 Diploma in Multi-Channel Marketing
- Level 2 Functional Skill in Maths (if applicable)
- Level 2 Functional Skill in English (if applicable)
You will be required to attend a half-day session with HBTC where you will work towards any functional skills (where needed) that you have to take. Additional off the job training will also be required as part of the Apprenticeship There will also be an end point assessment.

GCSE in:
