Summary

Our Advanced Apprenticeship Scheme is a 4‑year programme designed to give you the technical skills and hands‑on experience needed to become a Maintenance Technician (Electrical).

Work

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What you'll do at work

Day to day duties will include but not be limited to learning the following:

  • PLC’s and fault finding
  • Testing motors, drives and pumps
  • General problem solving
  • Safety circuits and isolators
  • Develop knowledge on motors and pumps
