NMW for your age group, anyone18 – 20 will start at £10.85 hourly or £21,157.50 per annum. There will be a rise during the apprenticeship to the new NMW band for your age group or to the full NMW once you turn 21.

Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work
Your duties will include:
- Supporting different existing and new Cyber Assurance & Resilience Services (CA&R Services) capabilities as required
- Supporting the technical cyber security activities needed for CDS DS internal information systems used to handle, process and store classified information
- Working with our existing internal IT and Cyber Security resources to add value to your development and the CA&R Services provided to customers
- Aside from your main focus, a secondary responsibility you will have is being required to support the technical cyber security activities needed for CDS DS internal information systems used to handle, process and store classified information

Requirements
Essential qualifications
GCSE in:
- English (grade 4)
- Maths (grade 4)
Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.

Other requirements
You must hold 3 A Levels in maths and 2 relevant stem/computer subjects or BTEC, T-Level or Level 3 Cyber Security Apprenticeship equivalents. This role could require traveling to and working in different parts of the UK for periods of time.
